FeelNow provides an accurate, low-effort way for users to check in with their emotions daily and see how they change over time. Each day users select the emotion(s) they are experiencing that day and the intensity level of these emotions without any writing required. Users receive an alert to complete their FeelNow at a random time each day and can see when their friends complete their FeelNow while all users specific emotions are only visible to the user. Users can easily view their emotions over time through graphs, calendars, and more at the end of each week and month.
